Job Description
NVC Prime Properties is seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving property sales, building client relationships, and promoting our real estate services.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing marketing strategies, and guiding clients through the property acquisition process. This role is ideal for self-driven individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills, who are passionate about sales and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients.
Promote and sell real estate properties through effective marketing strategies (online and offline).
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide clients with accurate information and professional guidance on property investments.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Conduct property inspections, presentations, and follow-ups with potential buyers.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in marketing or sales (real estate sector preferred).
Strong understanding of real estate sales and marketing channels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
