Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Reports To : Managing Director
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 500-600k
Location: Lagos

Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving our growth and building a stronger brand presence. This person will lead the development and execution of effective sales and
marketing strategies that attract new customers, increase visibility, and open up new
opportunities in the market. It’s a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on
involvement—shaping the customer experience, generating leads, and driving revenue
through focused, results-driven campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
. Leads the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing
strategies and ensures that plans are in alignment with meeting overall company’s
goals;
. Improves product marketability and profitability by conducting market research,
identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities and improving overall customer
experience.
. Researches, analyses current sales and marketing trends and adjusts sales strategy to
adapt to the changing market and competitive conditions.
. Develops and manages sales and marketing operational budgets.
. Plans and oversees marketing activities including advertising, public relations and
online and offline media activities and ensures that all activities fall within the
designated budgets.
. Utilises data analytics in assessing company’s marketing techniques and their efficacy
in driving sales.
. Monitors key competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic
partners.
. Manages and maintains relationships with dealers and distributors.
. Builds and leverages strong, lasting and cordial relationships with clients.
. Generates leads by developing and implementing effective sales techniques including
enhancing the customer experience in the showroom, after sales service, strategic
networking, offline and online sales strategies amongst others.
. Sustains relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits, attending to
clients’ specific needs and anticipates new opportunities.
. Develops innovative customer retention strategies and client relationship
management techniques.
. Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports that illustrate sales volumes, potential
sales and areas of client base expansion.
. Researching, analyzing current marketing trends, and adjusting marketing strategy to
adapt to the changing market and competitive conditions.
. Utilizing data analytics in assessing company’s marketing techniques and their efficacy
in driving sales.
. Monitoring marketing activities including advertising, public relations and online and
offline media activities and ensures that all activities fall within the designated
budgets.
. Designing and implementing the annual marketing plan.
Requirements:
. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related
field.

. In-depth knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies
