Job Description
1. Take store inventory and keep records of all school facilities and equipment, including building and all is therein.
2. Monitor facility usage, operations and equipment maintenance
3. Receive and keep stock and record of all materials and equipment bought for the school.
4. Release materials/ equipment meant for maintenance and installation to the maintenance officer and follow up to ensure released are judiciously utilized and properly installed.
5. Maintain accurate records of equipment functioning status and other systems in the buildings.
6. Develop a schedule for regular evaluation of facilities.
7. Take periodic stock of materials and equipment and advise management accordingly.
8. Submit report of the position of the facilities in the school which will include stock position of all the materials meant for maintenance. This should be done fortnightly.
9. Ensure all equipment and other facilities are functioning well.
10. Create maintenance plan.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years as facility manager preferably in a leading educational environment.
2. Minimum of bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Degree in Estate or property management.
3. Ability to function in a challenging environment.
4. Computer skills is compulsory.
5. Ability to lead with organization skills.

- ₦100,000.00 Monthly
