ISO IMS lead auditor

1. Sustain the Integrated Management System in line with the policies and strategic objective of the company

2. Ensure that all departments comply with their departmental procedures and evaluate process drivers based on their key performance indicator.

3. Manage periodic audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised during auditing are closed out and corrective actions are put in place.

4. Implement all relevant procedures described in the Integrated Management System (IMS) ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018.

5. Monitor and Update documentation in line with the document control system across the departments.

6. Train and sensitize staff in the application of integrated management system to all procedures while orientating newly recruited staff on the overview of ISO 9001: 2015 ,14001:2015, 45001:2018.

7. Introduce new systems and review procedures where appropriate.

8. Conduct regular internal process audits of the IMS and ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non conformities found while also implementing preventive actions.

9. Plan and prepare agendas for management review meetings.

10. Liaise with the quality control department to ensure the final products conform to standard before delivery.

11. Liaise with HSE officer to ensure full compliance to safety requirements.
