Assistant Studio / Event Manager

Position Overview: As a Seasoned Podcast Studio and Event Manager at Darl Studio, you will be at the heart of creating captivating podcasts and memorable live events. You will be responsible for orchestrating the entire process, from podcast recording and production to event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of podcast production, including planning, recording, post-production, and video editing.
Direct podcast studio sessions, ensuring a high standard of audio and video quality.
Organize and execute live events coverage, both in-studio and on-location.
Coordinate logistics, including guest bookings, recording schedules, technical equipment, and more.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful podcast and event delivery.
Lead a team of podcast professionals and event staff, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Ensure the studio and event operations comply with safety regulations and necessary permits.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during podcast recording, video editing, or event execution.
Cultivate strong relationships with podcast guests, sponsors, and event partners to ensure successful collaborations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in podcast production, video editing, and event management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in podcasting, audio and video editing software.
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
