Responsibilities
• Create compelling and informative written content, including articles, blog posts, social media captions, and website copy.
• Develop visually appealing content, such as graphics, infographics, images, and videos, using design and editing software.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm content ideas and concepts.
• Contribute to the development of content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content planning.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and timely content schedule.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and best practices.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends and best practices.
• Create, edit, and format multimedia content, including videos and podcasts.
• Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and other multimedia professionals when necessary.
• Ensure all multimedia content is visually appealing and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster audience interaction.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• 4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or multimedia production.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), design software, video editing tools, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous content creation work is highly advantageous.
