Position: Customer Service Rep
Location: ikeja Lagos
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information about features, pricing, and availability.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Process Improvement: Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with the team to improve processes, creating a better customer experience.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to the relevant departments for product/service enhancements.
Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional service within established guidelines.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven customer support experience or a related role.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience in Real estate is an added advantage.
