Chief Operating Officer

The key function is to manage the day to day hospital operations, and implementation of plans; and responsible for the hospital quality assurance to guarantee a world class customer service experience.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or foreign equivalent
A Master's degree in Hospital Management or Ten (10) years' experience in hospital administration, or a Fellowship in Hospital Administration or its equivalence is a compulsory.
Minimum of Ten (10) years' experience practicing medicine of which five (5) years should be in Hospital Administration/Operations.
Familiar with the health insurance industry in Nigeria. Work experience in Nigeria essential - International exposure will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of appropriate legislation and its application to the running of a large Hospital in Nigeria
Politically aware, and able to identify key influences to deliver the range of acute healthcare services
