Job Description

The key function is to be responsible for the overall functionality, maintenance and security of the hospital building, ensuring that the facilities are safe and well functioning.

Qualifications:
HND/BSc in Building / Facility Management / Estate Management
Certificate in Project Management is an added advantage Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
Good analytical/critical thinking
Ability to work overtime and long hours Great interpersonal and people skills Problem solving skills
