Business Development Manager -Wholesale Pharmacy Chain (Lagos)

Successful candidate key responsibilities include shall include consolidating and driving sales and revenue growth across all branches through improving markets; identify growth opportunities; building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, facilities and medical institutions and key stakeholders as well as to lead and motivate a sales and marketing team by providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• B Pharm or equivalent qualification in business or marketing or related fields. An MBA will give you an advantage
• 6 years’ experience in sales/marketing and/or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail pharmacy sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar/sales-leadership role.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends.
