Job Description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests or residents. Whether you're working in a hotel, resort, or private household, your dedication to cleanliness and exceptional service will ensure that our guests feel comfortable and satisfied during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas according to established standards and procedures
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed
- Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and sweep and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests or residents, responding promptly to any requests or concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
