General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Supervisor to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the hotel and ensuring that high standards of guest satisfaction are met.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure the smooth running of all departments
- Manage and train staff to meet customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints and resolve any issues
- Monitor and control budget and expenses
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and coordinate events and promotions

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
