Operations/Communications Officer

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is an NGO with a global framework for non-formal education, which challenges young people aged 14 to 24 to find their purpose, passion and place in the world by equipping them with the skill and confidence to discover their potential.

Responsibilities:
Carry out and implement the plan and operational strategy developed and agreed upon with the Operations manager.
Promote and grow the reach of the Award to more groups of young people.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization’s mission and vision.

Requirements:
Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or HND in communications, public relations, or related fields.
Proven experience in operations management and communications, preferably in a non-profit or youth development organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
