Role:Outlet manager
Location:Ikeja Lagos
Salary :150k

Job description:
1. Managing all aspects of the branch's day-to-day operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions.
2. Setting and achieving sales targets and goals for the branch.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
4. Recruiting, training, and managing branch staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback.
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
6. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
7. Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
8. Analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
9. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
10. Collaborating with other departments or branches to share best practices and achieve company-wide objectives.
