Job Description

Job Summary:
Kaiglo is a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
· Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
· Drive both online and offline marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
2. Digital Marketing:
· Oversee digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Analyze data and metrics to optimize digital campaigns and improve ROI.
3. Brand Management:
· Develop and maintain a strong brand presence across all marketing channels.
· Ensure brand consistency in all communication materials and campaigns.
4. Campaign Management:
· Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
· Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
5. Market Research:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
· Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
6. Collaboration:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
7. Budget Management:
· Develop and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
· Monitor expenses and ROI to ensure budget adherence and effectiveness.
8. Team Leadership:
· Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
· Set clear goals and provide regular feedback to team members.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the e-commerce industry.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
· Excellent analytical and project management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a marketing team.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
