Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with businesses and individuals to promote Recykoin, our green business program and explain its benefits.
Educate individuals and businesses about the advantages of joining our green business program.
Encourage individuals and businesses to sign up for Recykoin and the green business program.
Distribute promotional materials and answer any questions related to Recykoin and the green business program.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for engagement.
Collect feedback to improve marketing initiatives and user experience.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with plaza patrons.
Report on daily activities and provide updates on progress to the management team.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with diverse audiences in a friendly and approachable manner.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Enthusiasm for promoting environmental sustainability and recycling initiatives.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
Access to transportation to travel between plazas and company hubs.
