Sales and Marketing

Marketing and Sales officer to join our team. This role requires a passionate and self-motivated
individual who can take our IT products and services to the next level, while also being
comfortable with fieldwork.

Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
 Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and
competitive landscape in the IT industry.
 Analyze customer needs and preferences to refine our product and service offerings.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets.
 Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and revenue targets.
3. Client Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
 Provide exceptional customer service to understand their IT needs and recommend
appropriate solutions.
4. Product and Service Promotion:
 Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our IT products and services.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute marketing materials.

5. Fieldwork:
 Conduct on-site visits and meetings with potential clients.
 Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our offerings and
network with potential clients.
6. Sales Reporting:
 Prepare regular sales reports, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue
forecasts.
 Analyse sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales
strategy.
7. Continuous Learning:
 Stay up to date with industry trends, IT solutions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
 Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software.
 Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
