Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients in the B2B sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes to the management team.
• Uphold the company's reputation and values while representing it in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Familiarity with the products/services offered and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer needs in the B2B sector.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
