A social media manager is responsible for creating, managing, and growing the online presence of a company or organization across various social media platforms. Their duties typically include developing social media marketing strategies, creating engaging content, monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, responding to comments and messages, and collaborating with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Job Description:
1. He/should would be in charge of Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
2. He/ she would be in charge of Creating and scheduling content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
3. He/ she would be in charge of Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding in a timely manner
4. He/ she would be in charge of Analyzing social media data and performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies
5. He/ she would be in charge of Collaborating with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing goals and brand messaging
6. He/ she would be in charge of Managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets to reach target audiences effectively
7. He/ she would be in charge of Staying up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and new platforms to recommend innovative strategies.

Qualifications for a social media manager may include:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2. Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations with over 2years
3. He / She must have Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content
4. He/She must be Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
5. He/She much have Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective social media strategies
7. He/She much have Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.
8.He/She must be able to promote content on social media and monitor engagement(Comment and share)
9.He/She must be able to proofread and edit written pieces before publication .
10. He/She must be able to create and advertise our brand through social media accounts .
