Senior Software Engineer

We at Talosmart are looking for an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our team of digital product aces and lead our development efforts for small and large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams to create outstanding digital products and experiences.
This is a full-time 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

- Write high-quality code using Flutter, Dart, Javascript and other modern tools
- Get-X architecture knowledge is required
- Map Integration knowledge required
- Help plan sprints, do retrospectives, and strategize on the technical roadmap.
- Work with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment.
- Own the creation of apps and large features from development to production.
- Write unit and feature tests.
- Create responsive UIs that work well across popular mobile and desktop devices.
- Work on a variety of projects across B2B and B2C. Previous examples include innovative playspaces, award-winning talent management solutions, brewery websites, live digital events, and social networking applications.
- Work alongside backend engineers to ensure frontend communicates appropriately with backend systems.
- This is a highly client-facing role and will be responsible for presenting/demoing development artifacts to internal stakeholders and clients, with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Work closely with Leadership to assess and improve development processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in building scalable software solutions.
- 3+ years of experience developing apps with Flutter.
