Job Title: Administrative and Financial Manager

As Administrative Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and providing support to the management team. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
As a Financial Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all financial operations and activities within our operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company by managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts, providing insight and recommendations to the management for informed decision-making.
• Monitor and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Handle and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Maintain and update the filing system, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the teams.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other necessary documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Possession of professional certification e.g., ICAN, NIN CPA) is added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role, with at least three years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of financial management systems and software.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of office software and equipment; excellent proficiency in spreadsheet applications and financial modelling software.
• Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
