Job Description
• Upsell and cross sell amongst client foot traffic within the Wellness Centre.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments for clients prior to spa treatments.
• Nutritional Counselling.
• Menu Planning
• Dietary Advice
• Weight Management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare delivery.
• Provide personalized consultations to clients regarding their health concerns and wellness goals.
• Administer general IV treatments, including hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and detoxification protocols.
• Monitor clients during IV therapy sessions to ensure safe and effective delivery of fluids and nutrients.
• Administer intramuscular injections, subcutaneous injections, and intradermal injections as part of wellness and rejuvenation treatments.
• Offer injections such as vitamin B12 shots, lipotropic injections, and hormone therapy injections to support overall health and vitality.
• Provide appropriate guidance on post-treatment care, including hydration, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to support optimal results.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all interactions.
