Job Description

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Abuja

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our products, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products to customers using persuasive selling techniques.
• Understand and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base and market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and other company initiatives as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the Cosmetic, and FMCG industry.
• Minimum age of 30 years.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and go-getter attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
