Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers warmly and seating them at tables.
• Presenting menus, explaining menu items, and making recommendations upon request.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any concerns.
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service.
• Following all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for processing payments.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
