Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager Volunteer to join our mission of fostering innovation and economic empowerment.
As a Community Manager Volunteer, you'll play a vital role in cultivating and nurturing our community of aspiring female entrepreneurs, mentors, and supporters. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and moderating our online communities (social media, forums, etc.), fostering engagement and building a sense of belonging.
Developing and executing community engagement strategies, including online and offline events, contests, and initiatives.
Providing exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Gathering community feedback and insights to help improve our programs and offerings.
