Job Description

Job Overview:
• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant's daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Team Management:
• Supervise and lead a diverse team of restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house employees. Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
Operational Efficiency:
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, including managing inventory, overseeing food and beverage preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Customer Satisfaction:
• Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Financial Management:
• Assist in budget development and management, including monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
Menu Development:
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus based on customer preferences, seasonal availability, and industry trends.
Marketing and Promotions:
• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Performance Analysis:
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Scheduling:
• Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels while controlling labor costs.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
