Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Manager (150 – 300k)
Job Overview:
• As a hotel manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with company standards and policies. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining facilities, maximizing revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores, and take appropriate actions to improve performance.
Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, including front desk clerks, housekeepers, maintenance workers, and restaurant staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure staff members are meeting performance expectations.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Guest Services:
• Ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service throughout their stay.
• Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Implement guest loyalty programs and other initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Financial Management:

• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and financial plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Monitor expenses and revenue streams to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue optimization.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality goods and services.
Marketing and Sales:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new guests and increase occupancy rates.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target markets and promotional opportunities.
• Utilize online and offline marketing channels, including social media, OTA platforms, and local advertising, to drive bookings and revenue.
Facilities Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building code regulations to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
• Plan and oversee renovation and capital improvement projects to enhance the hotel's physical assets and guest experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a track record of success in achieving operational and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in hospitality management.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Certification in hotel management or related areas (e.g., Certified Hotel Administrator) is a plus.
Salary:
250.000,00 NGN Monthly
