Job Description

A beauty firm at Kingsway road Ikoyi need an OPERATION MANAGER for employment.

Applicants must be passionate about beauty industry, articulate, detailed, diligent and ready to handle all matters relating to business development, staffing, and finance and inventory management. Candidate must also have an impeccable communication skill, fluent in English language, and exceptional customer care skill etc.
Duties and responsibility
• Maintain stock reports and review stock levels of all products
• Procurement of goods and maintenance of procurement records
• Maintain sales and purchase records for products and ensure it’s accurately reflected in the system
• Track the payments received from client
• Download and review relevant reports from system on a daily and weekly basis
• Produce customer reports using Excel
• Keep updated records of cost and revenues eg. Daily, Monthly and Quarterly.
• Work with the MD to set revenue and cost target
• Develop and shape promotional ideas for services and product
• Look for strategic opportunities to grow the business
• Sourcing, recruitment, training, performance review, disciplining and dismissing staff members
• Ensure that the right staffs are retained
• Monitoring data on productivity
• Leading the service delivery team, managing conflicts and ensuring the teams processes and task are carried out
