Job Description
· Maintain a list of all properties in the company’s portfolio
· Ensuring efficient supervision of facilities in properties under management
· Supervise and coordinate procurement and safe delivery of all goods and services
· Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.
· Making sure properties provide adequate returns on investment.
· Organizing and checking repairs.
· Managing tenants' and client’s complaints with excellent service
· Conducts complete detailed inspections of properties and prepares a complete report upon inspection.
Job Specification
· B.sc in estate management from a reputable university
· M.sc in facility management/project management
· 12-15 years' experience in property/facility management (5 out of it in a managerial role)
· Must have managed multi-tenanted commercial properties
· Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS.
