Job Description
-Manage the team to ensure efficient e-commerce operations, including inventory management, logistics, and customer support.
-Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
-Help further develop SOPs and establish them. Lead e-commerce team members to develop their skills and achieve company goals.
-Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce operations.
Requirements;
-2-5 years in e-commerce operations
-Strong Managerial skills and experience
-Proven experience in inventory management
-Expertise in logistics and fulfillment
-Strong vendor management skills Experience with e-commerce platforms
-Exceptional problem-solving abilities
-Knowledge of customer service best practices
-Ability to analyze data and create reports
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Keen attention to detail and organizational prowess
