Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as focal point for all travel and transport-related matters including flight bookings, accommodation for travelling staff and servicing of taxi requests
Supervise and coordinate field operations, including delivery schedules, dispatching, and transportation activities
Timely planning, communication, and coordination with the requesting staff/programs regarding their travel requests
Liaising with travel service providers for provision of travel services
Collect and share market intelligence information that may be critical for effective provision of Travel and Transport services
Monitor the performance of transport and travel service providers and initiate corrective actions where necessary
Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by supervisor
Manages the fleet reporting and analysis
Requirements:
SSCE or OND in any relevant field of discipline
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Must be of close proximity to the above named Location
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
At least an average proficiency in MS- Word
Experience in a Transport or Logistics Company is also an added advantage
