Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, operating office equipment, and assisting with office administration tasks. The role requires the candidate to be based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service, and Receptionist Duties
Experience operating office equipment
Knowledge of office administration procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent

Requirements

Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
