Job Description

1.Increase market demand and penetration of VIJU products through your existing relationships and current customer base. Develop new customers in new markets. Develop new markets for both new and existing products.
2.Establishing and growing business relationships with key decision makers
Conducting customer and end user presentations promoting VIJU solutions and technology
Maintain and share knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base
3.Responsible for all customer interface, facilitate and manage commercial agreements, sales call, pipeline development, promotion of new product lines etc.
Effectively manages proposal bid preparation and processing for customer, including the preparation of quotations and tenders
4.Answering technical questions and supporting customers
5.Educating prospects on product benefits, and company policies.
6.Become a trusted advisor for customers, providing knowledge and expertise from personal experience
7.Provide consistent positive customer experiences to increase demand in the short term and long-term loyalty
8.Provide consistent market intelligence of competitors activities, promos, prices, and other moves.
