Production and Supply Chain Officer

Job Summary
As the Production & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations from production to distribution, while fostering strong relationships with both new and existing distributors.
Your duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
1. Production Assistance:
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Monitor production schedules and assist in resolving any issues or bottlenecks to maintain optimal productivity.
• Implement quality control measures to uphold the company's standards of excellence in product quality.

2. New Distributor Acquisition:
• Identify potential distributors and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's distribution network.
• Conduct market research to assess opportunities for growth and penetration into new markets.
• Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with new distributors to maximize mutual benefit.

3. Relationship Management with Existing Distributors:
• Nurture strong relationships with current distributors to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Address any concerns or challenges raised by distributors in a timely and effective manner.
• Regularly communicate with distributors to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

4. Supply Planning and Execution:
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to plan and coordinate product supply to distributors.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Optimize supply chain processes to minimize lead times and enhance efficiency.

5. Payment Settlement Oversight:
• Track and manage payment settlements from distributors to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and address any discrepancies or issues as needed.
