Product designer/UI UX Designer Volunteer

Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and challenges of our diverse user base.
Analyze feedback, surveys, and user behavior data to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features and improvements.
Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with FriendnPal's brand identity.
Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring designs to life.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to overall product strategy.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Share knowledge and insights with the design and development team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Designer/UI-UX Designer, preferably in the technology or mental health space.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing previous design projects and problem-solving skills.
Passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to making a positive impact.
