Role Description

This is a full-time Technical Recruiter Intern role at DevRecruit. As a Technical Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will also support the recruitment team in coordinating candidate interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining a candidate database. This is a hybrid role, located in Lekki with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Little or no previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
0-2 years of strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
