Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing/Brand Communications Executive to join our team. The Digital Marketing and Brand Communications Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and brand communication plans to enhance the clinic’s online presence, attract new patients, and promote the brand effectively. This role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing online advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
1. Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

2. Content Creation:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging and relevant content for the clinic’s social media platforms, website, and blog.
• Develop multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, to enhance online presence.

3. Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain the clinic’s social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Schedule and publish posts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.

4. SEO and Website Management:
• Optimize the clinic’s website for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
• Regularly update website content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and engaging.

5. Email Marketing:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with existing patients.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to optimize results.

Brand Communications:
• Develop and implement brand communication strategies to build and enhance the clinic’s brand identity and reputation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote new services, special offers, and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage.
• Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials.

Analytics and Reporting:
1. Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

2. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors’ activities.
• Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and brand communications.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is an advantage.
