Job Overview:
The Senior Manager of Technology and Business Integration will play a pivotal role in aligning
our technological capabilities with our business goals. This role demands a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, driving innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize technology initiatives.

Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and widget
Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement processes.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of technology professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide continuous feedback and support.

Business Integration:
Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into technical
requirements.
Drive the integration of technology solutions into business processes to enhance efficiency.

Technology Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring systems are reliable,
secure, and scalable.

Risk Management and Compliance:
Identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business
Administration, or a related field. An MBA or a relevant master's degree is highly desirable.

Experience:
Minimum of 3–10 years of experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a
senior management role.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of software development,
IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can drive business success.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience in budget management and financial planning.

Leadership Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2), IT service management (ITIL), or
relevant technology areas. Experience in digital transformation initiatives. Background in the specific industry of the hiring organization (e.g., printing & branding, software development, digital promotion )
