Job Description
The Programs Officer will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our programs.
The Program Officer is expected to write, edit, review and develop grant proposals.
Implement program plans and strategies in alignment with our mission and goals, coordinate and manage program activities; including baseline studies, capacity building, and resource distribution etc.
Build strong collaboration and partnerships with other NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders to advance HipCity’s work, enhance program impact.
Prepare program reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Design training, training guide in line with the organization’s thematic areas
Provide support in organizing workshops, facilitate training sessions, and other capacity-building activities.
