Position Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify data needs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights that support business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

The staff will be responsible for:
Detecting, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets.
Coordinating with management to align business and informational priorities.
Identifying opportunities for process enhancements via data reporting
Employing statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights.
Collaborating with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.
Developing data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
3.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
4.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration: 150,000 - 180,000 Gross
