Job Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.

Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales and Marketing:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients.
* Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.
* Utilize various sales techniques and tools to generate leads and close deals.

Reporting and Analysis:
* Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
* Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management based on market insights and client feedback.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
* Proven experience (at least 3 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
* Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in residential and commercial real estate.
* Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market conditions.
* Certification in real estate or business development.
Salary:
200.000,00 NGN Monthly
