Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and review tax returns
- Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audits
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software (QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
