Sales Executive

Job Requirements

BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the industrial chemicals industry.
Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities

Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the industrial chemicals sector, such as Paints, Soaps, and Food industries.
Building a robust sales pipeline through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Cultivating strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable chemical solutions to meet their needs.
Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and data insights.
Providing feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product enhancements.
