Cook

Our hotel, VIRGINROSE RESORTS is looking for a professional cook with a minimum of one year's experience. The cook will be responsible for assisting the chef and should be able to;
Maintain a prepared and sanitized work area
Prepare a variety of food items.
Constantly make use of safe and hygienic handling practices
 Cook in bulk and make proper use of the kitchen equipment provided.
Present, garnish, and arrange final dishes

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of one year of relevant experience as a cook as stated above.
Must know local dish techniques, knowledge on intercontinental dishes will be appreciated too.
Candidates should also possess baking and grilling skills.
Capable of working at a fast pace.
Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.
