Job Description

We are looking for a smart and passionate Business Development Executives who can builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships. Identify and develop business opportunities for the landscape services.

Responsibilities:
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
• Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Proactively initiates and engage sales calls to new prospects.
• Protects organization’s values by keeping all information’s confidential
• Develop and implement strategies for new services
• Interface with existing strategic clients to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
• Define and follow up for periodic targets and objectives.
• Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
• Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying pout research, formulate market analysis, and deliver accurate business reports
• Build referral and lead generation networks and affiliates.

Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Sales or other relevant fields
2. Minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
3. Strong Client relationship Management skills
4. Excellent Negotiation skills
5. Market research experience
6. Proven ability to work independently
7. Excellent Presentation and communication skills
8. Have a desire to make significant contribution to rapidly growing organization
9. A Pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
10. Proficiency in Social Media and Digital marketing
