Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide support to our dentists, assist with various dental procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Providing chairside support to dentists and hygienists
- Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment
- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and standards
- Performing basic administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Degree in Dental Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dental Nurse
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Male candidates are preferred for this position
