Mixologist

We are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of cocktails and beverages, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks
Create and design new drink recipes
Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ingredients and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender preferred
Strong knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing techniques
Creative and innovative approach to drink preparation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
