Job Description

Position: Senior HR Business Partner
Industry: Food and Beverages
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and ensure HR initiatives are effectively executed.
Talent Management:
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
Implement succession planning and career development programs.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Ensure a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Change Management:
Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and growth.
Collaborate with leadership to manage the impact of change on employees and the business.
Performance Management:
Drive performance management processes, including objective setting, appraisals, and development plans.
Identify and address performance gaps to enhance employee productivity.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
7-10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on business partnering.
Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in change management and organizational development.
Salary:
2.300.000,00 NGN Monthly
