Job Description

We seek a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our client's
team. The ideal candidate should be a female with a School Certificate (SSCE) or National
Diploma (ND) and a minimum 2-year commitment to the role. The candidate must reside around
Abule-Egba, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and managing office
supplies.
● Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and
physical mail.
● Support administrative staff in organizing and maintaining records and files.
● Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
● Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
● Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
● Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
● A school certificate (SSCE) or national diploma (ND) is required.
● Female candidates preferred.
● Must be Computer Literate.
● Must reside around Abule-Egba, Lagos.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● A minimum 2-year commitment to the position.
● Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
