Job Description

*To lead and manage a minimum portfolio of 15 Financial Service Advisor to achieve the objectives set in the annual sales plan.
*Providing training and support to the Financial Service Advisor.

QUALIFICATION
*Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing of Insurance products.
*Minimum of First Degree BSC/BA/HND/ND
*Must be CIIN Proficiency certified.

REMUNERATION
*Fixed Pay and Variable Allowance and Commissions and Override commissions.

LOCATION - LAGOS

Salary:: 300.000,00 NGN Monthly
